Saint Laurent Cigaro fringed boots NWT! SZ 38

These boots are amazing! brand new with tags sorry no box...these have not been worn but do have some small scuffs on the bottom from being tried on close up pictures included not noticeable unless someone is looking real close but being sold as is for $1000 less than original price...sz 38...4 inch heel...3 inch ball...from ankle to knee 12.5 ...calf measures 6.5...all laid flat
