hellomycloset7 @ashamarie1 This is fully out of my hands as to what I can help with now the chat won’t allow me to add to the conversation anymore, the bag was delivered to Poshmark HQ they verified and shipped from there. That point on I have no idea what they could have done with the bag and why it wasn’t in the box. And per the emails I’ve received they state to be working with you. I’m truly sorry about this all but I really am stuck as well
