dsell @dlm1113 it is used, but gently used. I used it for a very short period of time with one of my bags. YSL I feel that they make bags and accessories that don’t show wear really easy. You gotta beat it up Pretty bad the backpack that’s in my closet I use that bag for over a year everyday and if you look at it, it doesn’t show any signs of wear.I bought this item and used it probably for a month.
