mommabrit805 @addyjanes The material itself is not stretchy. The back straps for the waist can be loosened or tightened. The loosest the waist gets when the two back straps are completely undone is 33 1/2”. It can be fitted with the back straps with a range of waist sizes — its largest size being 30” with back waist straps clasped and as small as the straps will allow you to tighten. I haven’t tightened them that tight but I’d imagine it can get smaller than 25”.
