Sailor Stripes Swimsuit Cover Up

Super cute with Sailor Stripes and gold zipper Swimsuit cover up. 17 inches flat armpit to armpit 20 inches in seam from armpit to length of dress (flat). Since the garment is white and sheer, I removed the care tags. So I do not know what the material is. But it is stretchy and dries easily. V-neck front and V-back. Gently used, good condition.
