Sailor Moon Costume Mini Dress Vinyl Bib Oversized Bow Choker Star Small

Moonlanding Sailor costume includes sleeveless mini dress with sheer mesh midsection, lined cups (so they are not see through), attached vinyl sailor bib and flared skirt, oversized red vinyl bow, and side zipper closure. Vinyl choker with moon and star charm also included. Two piece set. Boots not included. Genuine Roma product. Blue, White, Red. 55% Polyester/45% Polyurethane While lying flat, size Small measures about: -27.5" long from top of the back collar down the middle to end of the skirt -Skirt portion is about 9" long down the center, and flares out to 10.5" long down the sides -Torso is about 9" long down the center, from armpit down is about 6" long -16" across hip area along the top of the skirt portion -15" across armpit to armpit -12" across the smallest part of the waist -Bow measures about 11" wide and 4.5" tall PLEASE NOTE: Customer return. Customer didn't like the smell of the vinyl portions and said it was "too wrinkly". When we inspected the item, there are a few dark spots on the UNDERSIDE of the skirt, see circled photos. There are also a couple of small tears in the mesh portion, see photos. They are not noticeable unless looking very closely. The vinyl choker was also not repacked properly, and arrived bent on one side. Can probably be flattened back out with a heavy item. All pieces and product packaging are included.
