Sail on dance / Halloween costume

Sailor costume meant for dance recitals but would be great for Halloween, dress up, skating. Navy blue and white striped spandex leotard with lining on the front, and an extended bike-shorts leg line. Has a lined sequin spandex sailor collar with a navy ribbon trim, and bows sewn down the centre front. The attached skirt is made from layers of white organdy beneath a layer of cotton with a double navy ribbon edging, and a layer of glitter tulle onthe top. Includes spandex gloves, headpiece.
