Love this chic cherub pink faux button-front skirt. Has awesome elastic paper bag waist, belt loops and pockets. Comes w/ matching detachable belt. All cotton. Dress up or down. Truly a favorite of mine. May be vintage def retro. Boutique bought. Waist is 14” before stretch and top to bottom 25”. Gorgeous buttons just for ornament. Like new no wear or flaws. Rare find.
