this dress is a slightly stretchy metallic blood red color. The fabric is most likely a poly spandex explained, although the tag has been clipped out. There is a giant bow on one hip please note it is one shoulder. The thin strap holding it up is just for the hanger. In excellent condition. Be the Christmas present with a giant bow
