Has the dress been altered?

@keeleymay65 the only alteration made was hemming the bottom by about 1 inch. For reference, I am 5’4” and I wore 3.5in heels and it was still floor length after hemming (1mm or so from touching the floor). So, even if you’re a few inches taller than me the dress can still be full length/appropriate for black tie. Hope this helps! :)
