Absolutely spectacular dress. The halter top ties in the back and the tie has fabric bells as I call them all along that drape down the back of the dress as shown in the photos. Pull on dress with elastic back. Fully lined chiffon skirt is absolutely gorgeous with a garden of flowers. You will make an entrance in this dress. It’s absolutely beautiful.Made in India true to size fit through 36 inch bust. It’s very long. I am 5’9” tall and I need heels with it that are at least 2 inches.
