Sabo Skirt Crop Top

It does not have a size tag, but I would say it would fit a extra small or small with a smaller chest. It is modeled on my sister who is usually xs/small but was too tight on her chest. I bought this from a thrift account but it doesn't fit my sister very well. It is in perfect condition, it doesn't have any loose threads, stains, or anything else.
