Top has a minimal stretch to it (although adjusting the angle of the wire V at center front would give a little flexibility, waist has elastic so will stretch a little to fit. Size is US 2, XS. Pit to pit - 15”;Waist unstretched - 12” (plus up to 4”); Shoulder to Hem - 52” ( plus or minus a couple of inches depending how straps are adjusted)
