Sabine White Black Accordian Pleats Maxi Skirt XS

Sabine Maxi accordian pleated skirt in white and black. There is a lining that comes right at the knee, my seamstress at the time added a little more hem before it hit the black section. A couple pulls, see pictures, but doesn't affect the beauty of the skirt. It has a side zip and hook and eye.
