acdarrosa @knickerskickers 😊 yes, I clipped the top of the measuring tape to the very top of the strap on the hanger, so the straps are included in the measurement.

acdarrosa @noemisstuff good morning! The pit to pit measurement is 15” and the waist is 13”. The back of the dress has the stretchy panel as shown in the pics. I uploaded some new pics too with the measurements.
