NWT and made by miss kelly 1999 in a size small fitting up to 34 inches in the chest, medium fits up to 36 inches or large fits up to 38 inches in the chest. I personally love this sweater. It is a great transitional sweater for late summer into fall. It's a slim, straight cut sweater in ivory with striped color hem in red, brown and navy. It has a v-neck and nice tunic length great for skinnies, jeggings or leggings. It is made of 30% cotton and 70% polyester
