Item pulls on over-the-hips and has no pockets or fastenings. Medium-weight stretch fabric. Fabric is pewter with a fabulous stretch fit. Approximate unstretched measurements are 28 inches at waist, 31 inches at hips, 18 1/2 inches in length. Sweater sold separately.
