@pewe1234 Thank you for your interest in the hat. The inside circumference measures 24 inches. As for cleaning, I don't normally clean my good hats. It is leather and fur so I assume a company that cleans leather apparel could clean it. I store all my hats in acrylic hat boxes to keep dust out of them. This item is very clean.
