Polyester maxi with flowy top and beautiful silhouette. This pattern is awesome. New with tag- says Lisa Fashion. My guess is a sample? No idea of origins but awesome dress. Would keep but a little tight for my L/XL middle. Vibrant geometric patterns. Flowy maxi design.
