Item is in excellent condition with no stains rips or tears. Adjustable side tabs on pants waist. Surgeon cuffs. Very nice! Jacket is tagged a 44, but was altered at time of purchase along with pants inseam. Measurements are as follows: Pit to pit 22” Pit to bottom coat 18.25” Shoulder to cuff 24.5” Shoulder to Shoulder 19” Back of bottom collar to bottom coat 28.75” Dual back vents Lapel 3.5” Pants measure a 36X28.5. Flat front. Not cuffed. Adjustable side tabs. There is an extra 1.75” of extra material to let out inseam.
