STUNNING VTG.STATEMENT NECKLACE.FAB CENTERPIECE W/CUT CRYSTAL STONE.COOL CHAIN!

I've never seen another piece like this before! From the way the links are constructed to the 2.5"×2" Oval centerpiece with raised almost medieval style design and that glowing ✨️ cut glass stone. The way it lays on the chest is closer to a bib than a regular necklace. Could be Chezch.tho I can't read the marking. Reminds me of other Chezch.items I have. I believe it's brass.
