Spice up your jeans with this rare, vintage, Y2k, Stowe Provision Hand tooled Peacock Bird + Studded Brown Leather. Size 30. This leather belt was made in the USA by Stowe Provisions, which was located in Austin, TX. This company no longer exists, but for a time starting in 2003, they made handcrafted leather goods. So this is truly a rare find. Each of the belts made by Stowe Provisions all have their unique characteristics and provide an individualistic look. This is such a unique piece to add to your collection of belts. Perfect fit for your low-rise boot cut or flare jeans! Gently used.  Worn only once or twice.  This is more of a unisex belt. The total length of the belt is about 36.5 inches. Width is about 1 and 3/4 inches. From the early 2000s. See pictures for details. Smoke-free home.
