STORQ black pencil skirt is really soft and comfortable. Their sizes have changed. A 4 is now a large. You wear your pre pregnancy size. Please see picture of their new sizing chart. This will fit a 12-14 large and it is supposed to fit snug. GUC Washed on delicate and air dried, maybe worn 1x.
