While the brand was founded by Massimo Osti in 1982, it is now under the ownership of Moncler Group following Moncler's acquisition in 2020. The brand's headquarters and production facilities, including product development, testing, and design, are located at the Sportswear Company headquarters in Ravarino, Italy.
