laurendell @kmlc92 hi! I myself didn’t have it altered. The previous owner did, so I’m not sure how to answer that. I fluctuate between a 26 & 27 waist. At my smallest (26), it’s a little too tight for me. Chest size doesn’t matter that much in my opinion (as long as no bigger than a C cup, but I think you could have no chest and it would still fit/ look cute). I hope that helps some 😅
