Off the shoulder raglan sleeve tunic sweatshirt. Short gathered sleeves drop waists. Gathered hip area with belt. So cozy for a workout or paired with jeans or tights. Slouchy style. Note last photo shows some fraying on the belt buckle area otherwise in excellent condition. Armpit to Armpit laying flat @ 22” .... shoulder to hem @ 29 1/2” .. Tag says 38 I would say M or Large.
