@perri18 hi. I do think it’s permanent. It seems that it was either not rolled/folded properly when the bag was made/shipped. The creases are consistent and look just like you see in the photos. I don’t think any amount of flattening will remove it. But again, it is consistent across the strap at least so it doesn’t affect how the bag sits. Hopefully that makes sense. I did receive the bag brand new and it was like this from the store.
