Laid flat chest =27", length =28, sleeves = 19" from pit & 24" from shoulder. Elastic at cuffs, neck & waist. Windbreaker fabric with cotton lining. Vintage 90's. FSU football. One flaw, small white spot on right armpit area, see last photo.
