STAN HERMAN Cozy Seafoam CHENILLE HOUSE DRESS O/S As-Is

This is a pretty Seafoam chenille house dress by Stan Herman. I don’t see a size tag so I’m going to guess this is a one-size item. Fabric is thick, plush, velvety chenille in a beautiful seafoam green. Sleeves have a contrasting texture. Item slips on over the head and has two sides slash pockets. There is a drawstring at waist, however, only one piece of it is hanging outside of the waistband. I’m not sure if the rest of it is inside the dress or not, so you can either replace the drawstring or wear it uncinched as shown. Approximate uncinched measurements are 44 inches at bust, 41 inches at waist, 48 inches at hips, 39 inches in length. There is a small spot of wear in the chenille at center back area, see last photo. This doesn’t draw the eye due to the texture of the fabric. For the above reasons, I will be offering this item at a lower price, in as-is condition, and as a final sale item.
