SS87 Archival CHANEL Naomi Campbell Runway Wool Silk Skirt Navy Blue CC Tweed 6

Archival Spring Summer 1987 CHANEL Collection skirt as walked in by Naomi Campbell's debut Chanel runway. Naomi was hired for her first Paris Fashion Week for 1987 collections, walking for YSL, Chanel and more. The skirt made from 100% wool in a midnight/navy blue. It has a slightly nubby weave with a blended texture of both honeycomb and a subdued tweed. Its a straight fit and knee length with seams in center of both the front and back of the thighs, along with side seams. Its has an offset (left side) consealed zip closure with a Jupe Fix, Swiss Made clasp and a YKK zipper. Its lined in silk with CC embroidered branding throughout. Theres a small separation of thread only (not fabric) on the seam of lining, last photo. Fabric and size tags have been removed but is a CHANEL 38 and was made in France. Item purchased from the original owner who was a size 38.
