Vintage MD Anderson Childrens Art Project .925 Sterling Silver Heart and Pearl Necklace designed by Cancer Patient Annie. Back side of the heart depicts the Art Project symbol. Rainbow pearls, baroque pearls and sterling silver accents. 16" with 2 " extender. Necklace is in like new condition. Worn maybe twice.
