SPEECHLESS floral dress with ruffle sleeves Sz XL

EUC. This is a juniors size XL, PTP is approximately 18” and waist is about 15,” and although there is elastane, there isn’t a lot of wiggle room in the waist. The pictures don’t do this dress justice and I wish I would’ve been able to wear it a few more times, but alas, life and sizing happens.
