SPECTACULAR DETAILED SILVER METAL LACE NECKLACE

I just don’t know what to say about this piece~it’s unique and beautiful and high end. I see no markings of sterling on it but I paid for like it was! It’s so special. I have no place to wear it anymore. I cannot make out the name but it says something like nicole-hev??! 19.5” long with a 3” drop chain.
