@britts4ever @britts4ever this style of Spanx is not as giving as regular workout leggings in terms of stretch so I’d say like S/M

@britts4ever my suggestion would be to go try on in a store and then decide what size you like. Spanx can be tricky. If mine are the size you like then you can buy them.. they’re in excellent condition. Just a little too tight for my liking. Ps. I work out so my thighs/glutes are prob bigger for my height 5’5”. Like I said, they’re just not very giving in the stretch category.
