This is a sweet little faux wrap dress with ruffle hem by SOPRANO size small. Fabric is 100% polyester. Color is a blue black with white polkadots. Very dark blue, almost black. Item pulls on over-the-head and has elasticized waistband and removable matching fabric belt. Top of item has faux wrap detailing. Asymmetrical ruffled skirt portion of dress.
