jasperblue @xmissmelly hi! I'm saying it because I'm a size 0 and it fits me. It's a mid-high waist pant that fits right on your belly botton. I measure it and its 28inch. The style is a slouchy fits, loose on top and skinny at the bottom. Not sure if thats the look you r looking for. I'll attach a pic of me wearing it hope these info helps! For ur reference I'm 5'3".
