💢SOLD💢Strapless navy dress

This has never been worn! I got it awhile back and got to ahead of myself and cut the tags. It's so adorable and has a country kind of flare to it(: navy blue lace ruffles go down the whole thing and it has and adorable tan colored bow belt! It's light weight. Would look adorable on those hot sunny days!
