@lmeeves hi there!! These definitely run true to size. I’m a size 7.5 and these were just a tad too big for me. I prefer my heels a bit snug and secure - so the 37.5 fits me perfectly. The 38 felt like a true 8 (although if you have wide feet I would suggest going up half a size since they are pointy). Luckily the shoe kind of molds to you feet after a few wears (I have 2 other pairs and they are fab). Hope this is helpful!
