Purchased in 2015, this bag is gently used and in great condition. There are signs of minor wear and tear. Glazing is worn in some areas on the flap/strap. I tried to capture in the photos. This happens with ALL Pochette Metis bags—even the new versions. According to my SA, it happens with regular use and is normal wear & tear. It costs $90 to reglaze after the 1st year of purchase. Will include dustbag and receipt. Looking to sell or trade for a black/red LV Neonoé ONLY. Thanks for looking!

chun I heard if I have glazing problem after I year they will charge for the repair. So if the price is same or a little less it is hassle for me

icequeen15 @chun It's true about the glazing. you will run into problems with the within a year and after a year. My bag has some glazing issues FYI. It's $90 to get it reglazed. i can post more photos of it later when i get home. If you still want it, you can put it an offer after. I'm not in a rush to sell it. It's still beautiful and very functional bag that I don't mind keeping.

terramarkov Hey in your fourth photo I see that your bag is cracking. Your SA should have seen that and offered you a defective exchange... If your trying to get a neonoe just go back to the store or maybe try a new store since your SA isnt offering that to you. My SA looked at mine for 10 seconds and got me sorted.

She advised that my bag is still in great condition and I should wait to get it reglazed or else I’d be getting it reglazed too often. terramarkov @icequeen15 yeah my SA is in the Glendale, CA store her name is Krystle. She's super nice and literally told me to bring anything to her if I wasn't sure about my bags. And one manager came over while she was wrapping and said the new metis shouldn't crack but the old ones do and the company knows it that's why they do the exchange!

icequeen15 @jessicafisher88 Yes on the flap and the strap. I just remembered that I did post photos of it. According to one of the posters above, you can take it to a LV store and get it replaced. She had one from the same year, and her SA switched it out because it’s a known issue with this model.
