jlaurenmc @annamargaret321 I cant speak for this particular pair, but all of my personal sorels run true to size. I have a pair like this and i wear regular socks and theyre perfect. Warmest boots i own. Hope that helps!

jlaurenmc @debadam60 they have the standard sorel insole. I wouldn't call it arch support lol. I take the sorel inserts out of my personal pairs and have plenty of room for my special inserts. Hope that helps!
