Brand new without tag, red top/dress by "silent + noise" purchased from Urban Outfitters. It's on the shorter side but can be worn as a dress or long tank. It's really cute on it's own or with a pair of leggings/skinny jeans. My favorite part about this piece is the back :)

surfchick4884 @lindsayparis29 haha.. I can relate to that problem. I wear a 36d and this fits perfect. The only tricky part is the bra because the back, you just have to wear a strapless rather then a regular bra
