I bought this cute dress as part of a wholesale order from the Korean website Zipia. I've never worn this out, only tried on and stored. This dress can be worn with or without a belt, but I bought this hoping I could wear it without like a tunic style. Unfortunately, being short, it didn't turn out the way I'd imagined. Labeled One Size Fits All on the site, and I recommend this for anyone XS-M. As reference, I'm 5'0", size XS-S.
