Peter Pan Collar Stripe Dress S

Very cute, relaxed dress with an ample scoop neck and peter pan collar! I removed the small buttons that run down the attached cream skirt part because I like things more minimal, but I can include the buttons for you to sew back on. There is a tiny stain I found that's barely noticeable (may wash off). Waist band is stretchy, so very forgivable. I am 24in, XS, and it fits quite relaxed, but not loose. One size fits all, but recommended XS-M.
