tmkaf90 @lauriezshop hi! The top of the dress has an elastic built into it so it’s extremely stretchy. I posted a picture to show width. Loosely holding the measure it’s about 29 all the way around. Also keep in mind it’s a tie waist under breasts. If you want a different measurement let me know and I’m more than happy to grab for you!!
