This is a vintage 1930s or 40s floral netted hat featuring: Cream roses Forest green velvet bow and netting Tortoiseshell internal clips that secure the hat into hair Maker: Miss Mary New York Size: The netted part of the hat that sits on the head is 7" x 7". Condition: Very good vintage condition.   Some of the little roses could be steamed to have them lay flat and maintain their shape. There are no tears in the netting and the little clips are intact.
