pretty much new, used 3 times to get the hang of it before facial lipo but never got the procedure, I went back to body building instead for that reason I can't really give it a review per say but I can say that it heats up to 40 Celsius as I used my forehead thermometer while using it to make sure that it was working properly. it went about 40 if I kept it too long in an area and the machine beeps. This comes will all you see pictured (3 option wall adapters- US and European outlets, manual, device, packaging, gel-barely any use as a little goes a long way). I've not registered this item so you are still free to do so.
