jessdelores Hi there, dear. Good afternoon. Do you know if your sister had this necklace altered/shortened? I don't believe 14.5 inches is standard length for this necklace. It is offered in 16 or 18 inch lengths. Thanks in advance for your help. Have a great one. :)

cynhsu @jessdelores hi! yes she did though she never ended up wearing the necklace. not her style. there are two approximately 1” pieces that come with necklace. you could bring them to Tiffany’s to lengthen the necklace if you want. I believe they could do that as a courtesy without an additional fee. Don’t quote me on that ;)
