This authenticated & very limited (in fact I can’t find another version on the market right now!) sweater is made from a merino wool blend. follows Elsa’s original 1920s design accurately, Interestingly Schiaparelli hardly any formal design training , but with her boundless imagination and uncompromising vision, no matter how unconventional it may seem at the time, the artist rose up the ranks of fashion joining , Chanel, and Vionnet as three of the most formidable designers from that era.
