kimgriffin It has two strings that tie at the neck .....I may have misunderstood ..... When I think of halter I think of a thicker fabric :)

serveprotect @kimgriffin lol yes if it ties at the neck then it's a halter. Haha :) I'm about to go to sleep but tomorrow I'll see if I can fit in a 32B. I'm usually a 34B or higher but this is just so cute I hope it will fit... What do you think?

kimgriffin @serveprotect I just put it on because I have gained some weight.... When I bought it I was 104lbs now I'm 120 @5' 4" it fits but i think a 34 would fit better
