Sweetie you can and should file criminal charges, my husband is a state police officer and its a federal offense, its internet fraud, felonious theft, embezzlement, mail fraud, etc. I know how it feels to be scammed because I have been as well, but I went after them and one of them now has a record! You can still trade, but you have to make sure the person has alot of references, alot of positive feedback, an established closet, etc. Otherwise don't even consider it! So sorry that happened to you

rove721@heidihoney I was trading them with designerchic88 for a pair of CL and she sent me a receipt same day as I sent hers and then mine was delivered to a parcel locker at her work and mine never came I called her she wouldn't respond and finally I called her work and she responded and she said that the shoes k sent her never went to her and she had dropped or the box for me at the front desk to be sent out, but something happened and now she thinks the girl who works front desk has something to do with it. I don't believe it but I'm so shocked and can't believe someone would do that people are such low lives!
